This morning, Nigeria’s first lady, Aisha Buhari issued a very strongly worded statement accusing Adams Oshiomole and APC leaders of ‘impunity’ and ‘unfairness’.
In her statement, the first lady said, ‘It is disheartening to note that some aspirants used their hard earned money to purchase nomination forms, got screened, cleared and campaigned vigorously yet found their names omitted on Election Day, these forms were bought at exorbitant prices’.
The statement instantly made her a trending topic on Nigerian social media with mixed reactions trailing it.

Aisha Buhari is a political liability though. Great that she is strong enough to say whatever the hell she wants to, like the former 1st Lady, but unlike that one, no political savvy at all.

Waiting to read from some of the South West Boys, defenders of Aso Rock. Will they abuse Aisha Buhari? Will they praise her for disassociating herself from the mess? Will they ignore her completely and attack the rest of us? Grab your cup of coffee and bowl of chin chin.

Aisha Buhari is a PDP mole in APC, my administration and in my life.
No wonder I fall sick any time I go into the other room with her. pic.twitter.com/zrsPARgMiq

Aisha Buhari berates Oshiomole over irregularities in APC’s nationwide primaries, says APC is a useless party. She's calling the party that Buhari will use to contest again for president useless, later she will tell Nigerians to vote for her husband in a useless party.

Aisha Buhari needs to breath easy. Who told her she ll always have her ways cos her husband is the president? Buhari doesn't operate like that. He "is for everybody" not for his family alone or a privileged few like our former president @Ayourb
